Engraved Boxes
I hope it is ok to put these here, I didn't make the boxes, they are from Timberbits.
I used some boxes for real hands on training to see what my Laser Engraver could do, here are some results. My new engraver has a worktable that can move up and down and that allows me to do large items. Some of the boxes are sold already. AmosGood, better, best, never let it rest;

Super work Amos.
I fear you may be swamped with orders.

Thanks, No, I don't sell them, but after the lousy service by two different sellers on the net(The Engraver is very good-the back up service lousy), I have considered importing and providing proper back up service. Amos
To get an Engraver that is worth its salt, and good back up service you look at $20,000 to $30,000. If you import and put it together yourself it may cost $10,000 but you have to have a good technical/mechanical background, and then be prepared to wait for parts if they are needed. Like everything in woodworking and life-far better if you are able to get quality. AmosGood, better, best, never let it rest;

Beautiful work on the engraving, Amos. And that Timberbits makes a very nice box as well. Any idea what finish he uses on them?

Thanks, Amos. Suspected it was something like that. Been struggling with my finishes lately and asked Santa to bring me a Beall buffing system. Hope I was good enough all year!

I will ask him to drop by your place and and speak to lady of the house, maybe his sliegh isn't big enough for a Beall Buffing system and the dear lady may need to go out and help Santa! Amos
