New to the forum
Hi Everyone
I've been reading you messages for about 6 months and decided to join
I'm form Northern Ireland and Have been boxmaking for 5 years.
Once I started making boxes I just couldn'd stop very addictive and challenging and I would say I'll be making them for a long time to come.
I hope I can ask for advice from time to time and like wise anything I can help with don't hesitate to ask.
I will post some images of my work shortly.

Well, that's the nature of these worldwide groups. One has a mild case of perpetual jet lag.

Welcome, nature - looking forward to seeing your work.
One of the good things that people here do is show us their WIP (mistakes and all). We all learn much more from this and the person doing it gets the advantage of a whole lot of talented woodies putting in their suggestions as you go along.
BTW - this is an Australian forum, as you will have seen from your time lurking, the comments are direct with sardonic wit, so don't be too sensitive to criticism, it is meant:
- to be helpful
- to be funny
- both
Cheers

Naturally speaking from a somewhat newly welcomed member, these "blokes" are bloody hilarious and basically the best group of people I've found and proud to call friends. Even though I've yet to meet one of em'. Although I came close awhile back on a business trip across country and could nearly throw a stone at one of em'.
welcome......love to see those boxes...I think I'm going into withdrawls waiting in anticipation
ICN,
Bill

Welcome to the forum. I am reasonably new here myself and don't post much, but I never miss what the people here have to say. I read the posts every morning. This is the best box making forum I have found. And the people here are a really great bunch of folks.
And hurry up with the pictures please. i am a picture junkie
