Gifkin Jig B10 adjsutment
Howdy
I am having some problems, most probably brain ones, in that I cant get enough shim adjustment using the B10 template. I space out the straight side (not dovetails) and to get enough width in the cut the U clamp sliding thing is too tight to move.
Any ideas?
Link to the manual?
cheers

Setting up the Gifkins jig
The link looks the same as the instructions I have.
The adjustment of the jig (and the joint) is done on the pins (the tapered fingers of the jig).
The tails are fixed (dependant on the dovetail cutter), but the pins are adjusted by moving the work piece in or our along the tapered fingers of the jig and using the straight cutter.
The below link is from the Gifkins web site. There are a few videos on youtube that may assist as well.
