    Thumbs up Old Hoop Pine Box

    Hi all,
    There's a lot of makers recycling pallets lately & using offcuts to make things. I dug about in my scrap pile & put together a small trinket box.
    The sides are from a bit of trim that was painted & full of nails, the top & bottom is from some old shop shelving. I tried to keep the patina of the old pine as much as I could.

    3/16th box jointed corners, 3mm brass barrel hinges & magnets for the catch. Inner is Red Cedar & leather.

    top use of recycled material I thing many of users on this forum have been guilty of this.
