    Default Three from leftovers

Had a bit of huon pine left over from the last job, and some jarrah, so made these 3 babies. That huon was too good to let it go to waste.

I like what I see, but I can't see much as the thumbnail only opens up to a thumbnail. Any chance of a larger photo?
I love Huon Pine so I would like to be able to see more detail.

Just beautiful Alex.......jarrah and huon....a great combination.
And my head I'd be a scratchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin'
If I only had a brain.

Now my poor eyesight can see them a little better.
Really like the one on the right with the bark inclusions etc. That always adds to the appeal of Huon.
    Are they lift out lids?

Lovely boxes Alex, and the wood was a bonus.

I have finally managed to post at the forum, I had to change browser to Chrome.

i/e 9 would not let me post.

Thanks folks, these were so simple, but the huon really couldn't go to waste.

    Huon.

Neil gave me a piece of that timber when I visited ubeaut in 2005 and I know how hard it is because I continually handle it and wonder if my equipment is man enough to cut.

Don't think you'll have any problem with it John. It's harder than most pines, but still not too tough, and actually carves like butter.
