    Default Makers Marks

Who here among us are lucky enough to make a living from selling boxes (or other timber products for that matter)?

Should we be placing Makers Marks on any boxes we make?

Yep I think that you should.

I intend to invest in one of these puppies for future marking, about AUS$80 delivered.

I'm having a brand made by a local metalworker/welder chap that I know, to a design that I devised. Then I intend pyrographing my name and the date next to the symbol. I'm hoping that eventually the symbol might be recognised as my mark.

If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.
