    Default McJings Hinges

I have just received quadrant hinges and barrel hinges from McJings.

Whilst this is not earth shattering in itself, I only ordered the parts yesterday. I doubt I could have flown to Tassy much quicker.

Can't praise them enough for the service.

    DPB,

Not the quality of Brusso, but well worth $1 each hinge.

    DPB,

Here is a photo of the hinge.

    Measures 30mm x 30mm.

    They also have 20mm x 20mm.

Great close-up pic, mag. It's hard to tell, but it looks like it might be brass coated, not solid brass. What do you think?

    DPB,

    Can't tell,

Scratched off the back and it looks coated, but it doesnt look like steel underneath, I'll wait an see if it rusts or tarnishs.

i am thinking it might be low quality brass alloy with a gold (ish) coating.
