Hi,
Well it arrived safely and the medals fit.

The first picture shows it next to the box it replaces and the other two show the medals all comfortably tucked in.

Hi,
Yes but all the medal are from Army and Signals from before he joined the Navy. He left the Army on medical grounds and the Navy said no problem join us then decided he could not go to sea. As a result he was not very happy in the Navy.
Anyway his elder brother (they are my step sons) has seen the box and put in a hint for his Mum to persuade me that would be a good Christmas present for him next year, he is still in Submarines.

Wonderful work mate a great display piece.
I've been thinking of making a box for my Father's and Grandfather medals.
What you've made here is a great inspiration for me.
