    Hi RGP,

    Here's one I made a while ago. I found a plan in a book and reduced the measurements down until I got the size I wanted.

    I'm sure there are other picture threads here too, somewhere.

    Another book box makers may be interested in is "Antique Boxes Inside & Out" by Genevieve Cummins, ISBN 1 85149 502 9, published by the Antique Collectors' Club of the UK. Not cheap, but a beauty.
