Supplier of Slot Cutter
Would someone know of a supplier of the cutter for barbed/slot hinges please. I've had a good look here and found some wonderful instructions (Watson) on how to fit them but alas no supplier of the cutter.

Bugger...I'll have to add a list.
I'll find the business link in a moment ( I hope).
They sold me two arbors and about 5 blades for under $40.
I'll be back in a moment.

Found it !!
My Tool Store
Sorry..going like a cut cat.....here's the exact item I spoke of, and it gives you 5 choices of blade diameter,
7pc HSS Saw Blade and Mandrel set, 1/8 inch shank - My Tool Store
Now if I'd slow down, I'd get it all in the one post........I use them in the Drill press...not the Dremel.(too bloody fast) If Your drill press won't chuck them up real tight....I use a 3mm Pin Vice chucked in the drill press.
EDITED POSTLast edited by watson; 3rd August 2010 at 10:49 PM. Reason: merged three bloody posts and corrected Pin Vice

That's the one.....the different sizes of blade also give you a choice of the amount of lateral movement of the hinge after mounting, so that the box lid aligns with the carcass
