    Default swivels

    i am making small boxes in a gum leaf shape and would like the top section to swivel as the use of hinges can not be fitted.at the moment i am just using a pin to swivel it on not all that sucessful....can anyone help..with thanks roy

    Roy is this what you mean you want. I used a dowel drilled & glued to the lid with a hidden nylon washer rebated slightly in the box the dowell goes all the way through the base this has made the lid solid pivot I have got a clip on the bottom of the dowell so it won't pull through. I know its a basic box but it was my first routed box
