That's worthy of a thread of its own, because now I want one!
Did you weld or braze on some hidden threaded fittings to hold the handle and knob?Nothing succeeds like a budgie without a beak.

That is one special toolbox that has come up a treat. Your attention to detail has really paid off.
After the first set of photos I was going to ask if you had some special tools you were going to put in it but the second set answered that. The little Stanley is mega cute.Dallas

What a great Tool chest you have made. Congratulations !! Some terrific craftmanship there. Can I ask the thickness of the carcase timber please?
