    Default Useful box

Bit quiet on the box front at present I'd say most folk are saving their pennies in the current economic climate.

Here's a "TAS Oak" box made for a punch set I inherited from my late father. It was in a cheap plastic case held closed by some bailing twine. ( my late fathers favorite fix all material of choice)

The hinges are second hand solid brass passable & the plated catch has been floating about for years without a use so I used it, probably should take the clear coat off so it tarnishes.

Good one RGP. Is the handle one of the push down spring loaded types or hammer driven?

It's a push down hammer type, I'd say Cheap Chinese C#@p but I didn't purchase it. I have a set of numbers & a capital R & P hammer type in my stuff works for me.

I feel for you RGP, my sales have come to a dead stop as well. Advertising usually brings buyers in but in the last 3 weeks............ nothing.
