    Default First visit

    Greetings all.

This is my first visit. I have been tinkering with wood for a while on my own. Didn't know this forum existed. The examples of workmanship( or should that be personship) are very impressive. I can see that I still have a long way to go.

Does anybody know where I can source wind up music mechanisms for music boxes.

    Regards
    Trev

3 places off the top of my head:

Jim is also a member of these forum.

I'm pretty sure that all three carry music-box mechanisms, although I haven't actually checked their web page listings.
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.

There is also a company called Klockit. They specialize in clock kits, but they have some music box stuff too.
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.
