    Default wooden hinges

I have started a batch of boxes, most of them will be give aways.
Rather than use brass butts at $$$ per pair , made several wooden hinges a bit different to normal run of hinges, open out to just over 90 degrees.
    230mm long x 34 wide 10mm thick , 2mm brass pivots with timber plug.
    Timber white beech.
    regards John

Good move ...self made is a good go........another cheap alternative are the slot or barb hinges...about $1 a box.
There are instructions in The Box Bits section of the Library.

Very smart John. How are you going to fix them to the boxes?
