Adjustable router mount
Uncertain I am doing this correctly.
I have several routers and wish to dedicate one to mortise and tenon.
I need plans to build a unit that would allow horizontal (adjustable) mounting of the router for this purpose. Such an adjustable mount would then be attached to the rear of a router table.
Can you help? Thank you!!

I have been thinking of making a vertical table, to mount a router horizontally. For mortice and tenon work, a laminate trimmer is ample.
The table doesn't need to be large, a tall (30mm or so) fence would do. Clamp the whole thing to another table (maybe a regular router table) when it's un use.
Having one end of this "table" hinged, and a bolt to wind the other end up and down would enable fine height adjustment.
After writing the above, I googled "vertical router table."
This is more elaborate than I have in mind, but it's worth mulling over:

There's another video here, I've not seen it but there are other good videos there.John

I found this pic, but I don't know what article it's attached to. It's a little more elaborate than I had in mind, but looks pretty good.
