Yes Roger and Jenny are retiring to greener pastures

Met Col and his wife at the brisbane wood show, great to see dedicated woodies take over the business.

Looking forward to seeing them do well with a new future ahead of them.

    Hi All,

I bought the complete Gifkin setup at the Brisbane WWW Show recently from Col and Pam, nice to have met you both and thanks for taking the time in answering all my questions at your very busy stand at the show, your help and advice was very much appreciated.
I set all the gear up when I got home from the show but have not had a chance to use it until today.
Today I set up one of the jigs and ran some Tassie Oak through the jig and made a couple of little dovetailed boxes in no time at all.
I am really happy with the joint finish the ease of use and the speed in using the jigs to cut the joints and the joint repeatability. Another great feature I really like about this setup is that everything can be done above the table when it comes to changing router bits No more under the table

I just need to get some really nice pieces of timber to make some nice boxes now.

Good Luck with your Business Col & Pam.

    Thanks
    Tony.
