    Default Tiny hinge router jig

I have a bunch of these cased photos that I need to to make new homes for in about 3 sizes, all pretty small. I needed a way to get the hinges tight and consistent across all sizes, but I wanted to avoid something big and cumbersome. This is what I came up with and so far it works like a champ. I have small drill bits coming so I can attach them without splitting the 1/8" sides.

I have never used such tiny hinges but that looks like a great solution. Well done - and welcome to the forums!

Thanks. It's a tiny solution to a tiny problem.
