tongue + groove mortiser for loose tenons
Any thoughts on this? Or links to plans for anything simpler and better?
Not finished yet, adjustable stopping blocks go in tommorow and then a bigger router, was just testing it out today and after sprinkling a little carborundum powder here and there it all moves very smoothly. just picked up a straight and hard bit of T+G from the demolition yard and thought I'd try it out, works suprisingly well, took a while to wrap my head around how to mark out the pieces to be routed though.
Suppose I could have made something with T track and uhmw plastic but this was fun.god is in the details

Nice Work!
That looks pretty impressive.
Are you going to post up your plan for this?

Thanks, I would if there was one...have realised there are better way to have done a few things 3/4 of the way through but I won't be starting again.
