    Default What would you make it from??

    Hi there,
    What would you make a jig that needs to be strong and not shatter that guides a router bit. eg. plastics, metals ect.

    I think we need a few more details. Can you tell us what the jig is designed to do? Cut circles, cut recesses, feed the dog?

    Could be plywood, could be acrylic, could be metal, but will most likely be whatever I have on hand or can get cheaply. And have the tools to cut / shape to do the job.
