Default Best finish for Blackwood Lazy Susan

I’ve just finished cutting, joining, shaping and then sanding 3 x Lazy Susans from a slab of Blackwood. I’m asking for some advice on the best way to finish these beautiful boards as I have never made any before. Also how many coats of “finish would be necessary. I’ll be grateful for any advice offered. Thank you

I use Rustins Plastic Finish, as it doesn't stain nor mark easily, and is food safe once set. You can achieve satin or full gloss. You put on a number of coats just 1 hr apart (check instructions as it is weather dependant) then leave for a week (again check instructions) before polishing as necessary for the finish you want

Thank you both of you for your suggestions. I had never heard of this product, but checked it out on Mr Google, and I will certainly follow it up. Thanks again for offering your ideas
