Help with finishing Oregon?
Howdy all,
Just needing some help with finishing off an oregon poker table, i applied two coats of Feast watson Proofseal and followed up with three coats Feast watson high gloss poly- only thing is some bits are the desired even gloss and other bits are not (a bit patchy)- should i keep applying more coats until the desired finish is reached or have i done something terribly wrong (used brush to do this)
I noticed the new oregon on the legs this has not been a problem but only to the reclaimed stuff on top
Probably should have asked the questions before i started but just went gun ho on new years day
secondly i plan to hit it with 0000 steel wool with beeswax to reduce the gloss down just a little bit does that sound ok or have a read this wrong somewhere
Your advice would be appreciated
Regards WoodbCam
