    Default Leigh "Work Post"

I haven't shown anyone my Leigh WS, so here it is. The frame is obviously Oregon. The top of the bench is some beautiful Red Gum I bought about 11 years ago and some pretty American Walnut. The finish is Hard burnishing Oil. There are two Leigh jigs present, a D4R dovetail jig and a Leigh Mortise and Tenon jig. This jig is sensational and while it's not as quick as my Domino, it gives great matched tenons and mortises, by using adjustment screws to enlarge or reduce the sizes of each, 'til you get a perfect fit.

You can also see the little router stand (Blackwood) which was the first project straight off the jig

    Regards,

    Rob
