    Default Red gum finishing

    Hi there,
    I'm new to woods other than pine i wondering what the best finish for red gum is like wax or anything.

    Hi Ben, depends where it's going and what you're doing with it. Inside/outside, table/sideboard etc ???

    Its a bar stool so it will be inside.

    Inside won't matter, go with what ever you like the sound of or try something new, Redgum will look a treat with almost any finish indoors.
