I am in the process of starting a small home based furniture repair and refinish shop. I plan to start on family member and close friend projects for a few before and after photos to help get started.
I did work for a furniture repair shop for over a year and one thing I did learn is people base qulity by the way it feels. EVERY piece we delivered, the first thing the people did was wipe their hand across the top.
I know alot of this has to do with the smoothness of the finish and how its laid out from the gun, but are there any other tricks? Any polishes, waxes, sprays? Anything to add to the shine and feel of things?
