    Default Wattyl Uni-Pak stain addition

I've bought some Wattyl Uni-Pak poly for finishing off an MDF desk I'm building.
I'd like to have some colour on the finished product so adding some stain seems like the thing to do, problem is, I can't find any mention of Uni-Pak on the Wattyl web site.

Does anyone know if I can just add the regular Wattyl stains to this product?

Looks like no one knows about this product - including Wattyl! I sent an email asking the question but no answer so far.

Just got an answer from Wattyl.
The good news is that standard stains can be mixed with the first coat of Uni-Pak applied. The bad news is that they don't recommend Uni-Pak for application to MDF

EDIT: Apparently it may cause the finish to be discoloured - but anything is better than MDF colour!
