    Default White Oak Stair Treads

I have some white oak I am using for my stair treads and was wondering what would be the best finish to use. I am not staining it as my floor is natural white oak so I don't want to much variance in color. Also how many coats whould you use.

Just use the same finish with your floor.

    Thanks

My floor was finished when we bought the house so I have no idea what they did, was wondering since this is my first time working with white oak what I should use and how much.
