    It's a water based Wipe on Polly, you can get it quite readily in Aus, shame we can't get any of the WoPs here in the UK.

    Seems it's a hybrid.

    Maybe something similar is Minwax® Wipe-On Poly | Interior Clear Protective Finishes

    Carrolls Woodcraft sell it online; they also have other oil finishes. CWS Store - Minwax | Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies

    Would be worth a call to them.
