Congrats. I had entered, and then it hit me that Bunnings would probably not want to ship to the U.S., so it was sure a relief that I didn't win.

Hoping that one of the high class adjustable bevels shows up in a future contest - the one that I win.

bill, with a bit of a jones for adjustable bevels. Among other tools.

We had noodles last night - Thai Red curry with Hokien.

    • Chicken, fly until crispy edged, you know, like a market kebab kind of "overcooked"
    • Tofu - hard in cubes
    • string beans
    • Cauliflower (lightly microwaved, so its "crispy")
    • Five Tastes red curry sauce (Maesri or Ayam just as good!)... or DIY
    • Coconut cream
    • Capsicum

Damned delicious. Very filling. Warming for the guts and soul!

Sorry @WP, this is not the place to put your misguided sauce suggestions ! Seriously, "Thai Creations" is by far the best sauce option, has much less oil than all the others. It's a pity that the supermarkets no longer stock it - can't even remember where I got my last stash from, but it is getting low so I had better keep on the lookout... (I did recently use the last of my emergency purchase, a jar of Ayam Penang Curry)

So... not undercooked like a market bat then?

Congratulations Cgcc; and I’ll add my thanks to our Benevolent Dictator for giving us a little morale boost during lockdown!
