2 Degree guitar neck cavity
can anyone advise me what is the best way to rout out a guitar neck cavity with a 2 degree taper. taper the body, or the neck heel itself ?

The way i do it by tapering the heel of the neck, People do both ways with no troubles so i guess you can do it either way.

an angled pocket is the way i do it -
theres a tutorial on doing it on the PGF foorum - cant find it now - tired
basically you set the pocket template up on wedges to give you the angle and away you go - a bit tricky but easy if done carefullyray c
dunno what's more fun, buyin' the tools or usin' em'
