    I finally finished this one up on the weekend - very pleased on how it came out in the end. Being my first set neck, I definately learnt a lot and will do a few things differently next time..

    mmmm i love the simple classic look of this guitar
    you have done a great job - i love a nice lp flat top

    dunno why they hadda complicate it wth all those extra knobs, fancy pickups and that dang stripey lookin bellied out top

    I gotta agree Ray, the Les Paul Jr has always been a favorite of mine.. especially the double cutaway Couldn't be much simpler than that.. I volume and 1 tone, even I can manage that

    My build is on hold until I get all my domestic jobs sorted , but I hope to get the neck finished next week, pics to follow.

    This is without doubt a real eyegrabber, Dave.
    Love the simple yet elegant lines and for some reason, white gats just look great.
    Must be the simplicity and classic style I guess.

    I'd certainly love having one of these adorning the gat room.

    Anything special with the electrics? push pulls?

    As for the wiring, theres nothing special at all - just a stock standard volume and tone.
