ive been buying parts from ebay (usually from america) but have been getting enough parts for a full guitar at once, so shipping is cheap. i just get it all from one seller who has reasonable parts. its been good so far.

The president of Grizzly is very much into guitar construction, and they have heaps of parts and supplies. http://www.grizzlyindustrial.com/ (bottom of page as of today).

Locally try Chris at GuitarAust.com.au or Bruno at Australian Luthiers Supplies. Service is good and prices are reasonable.

always worth checking
www.stewmac.com
they have bulk shipping rates and often u can get stuff sent cheaper than it costs in Oz, if not check the usual aussie sites or ask yr local guitar shop to let you browse the wholesale catalogues"I am brother to dragons, companion to owls"
