Thanks, it is interesting and it's always good to learn something new.
I might have a crack at that Dremel base seeing as the missus dropped the one I made and it broke .

Thats the one i found interesting. Dremel should be delivered by Fri i hope. I think im going to make up my own design, so when i get around to it ill post it up.

Found some spare time at work today. Just have to wait till the weekend to borrow a tap bit for the Dremel nose, 3/4 12tpi is the tighter fit im led to believe.
Oh, and my Dremel turned up.

Haha, even though the springs are fairly tough, it was not super stable. So for now i have a 2 nut clamping thing. The springs are actually doing nothing other than looking good!
Larger springs the size of say a 10c piece would be ultimate for stability, (which ill keep an eye out for) and the plungy thing of course.
