    body top is a DALBERGIA (rosewood) of some kind

    and the back is durian...(with a bit of flame...searched a bit in da big B i did..)

    specs:

    African Blackwood neck (one piece with 'heel' and 'ear') ...no truss rod... 24.6" scale length (LP style) ...unfinished(raw wood)...but polished...

    ZERO radius on fingerboard surface (totally flat)

    Locking tuners + slippery nut (some sorta graphite) + stainless steel frets


    Body: unfinished (raw wood) but polished 'Tiger dalbergia' top ... curly durian wood on back + wipe on poly for back and sides only


    ...brass saddles...EMG 89 (neck ...switchable on push pull vol pot to single coil mode) ....EMG81 bridge....

    african blackwood cover plates


    floddy: got this durian a while ago but iirc it was the cheapest non-plywood wood in da big B aisles...around 1/2 to 2/3rd jarrah price...

    yup...i got my SS frets in long rolls from LMI


    just about the best thing since sliced bread for fretboards imo


    ALWAYS SHINY...SILKY and SMOOTH





    all the Blackwood neck guitars i done got SS frets...and will prob use it most time now
