Andy the TOM would be a fair bit taller than your wilkinson style saddles aye? need a neck angle on that then?
possibly in order to reduce the chance of the strings hitting the back of the bridge recess the bridge into the face to allow the neck to remain flat?
Or be a real cool smart ass and make an archtop style tail piece to hold the strings! they do look pretty cool with a TOM bridge?
PS i'm not so sure about some of the tags on this thread?

i looked into this and it looks like, if anything, i will need to recess the TOM about 4mm...
i actually put a lil angle on the neck already... since it was going to be a hmbucker bridge only, i wanted to keep the slimline look and feel...
