Hi Floody, the forum has decided to charge you and Andrew all the costs of hosting, seeing that you both spend so much time chatting with each other.
Less chat more building chop, chop.

hmmm i dont know where i put my carbatec catologue, but while i was there i was looking at the router bit cabinets....
youmay want to give them a call or look at their catologue if you have one and see if they have smaller bearing bits.... im sure i read that they do...
its the new year... everyyones been forced to do family crap i guess.... ahahaha
hmmm im going to have to go cut my neck taper, rout the neck pocket, hog out pup and control cavities with forstner bits, rout the cavity an pup routs, and set the neck and beat you
im going to cut down the heel a bit and see if i can feel a difference (strength wise) of a short and long set tennon
this one obviously wont be carved quite as much as the last... but i will do a bit of carving
hahahaha im making use of a forum... they should be paying me for sending the link to the forum to so many people

You said in an earlier post that you have them ... and I ain't seen 'em!! Probably using them as ear-spacers or whatever it is you damn punk kids do!!
I'll need to do a search ... see if I can find out why ... it's such a waste otherwise.
.
No-one likes a show off!!
And pics, or it didn't happen!!

my pin method works... but you still get a lil tiny bit of slippage from the pins and wood grain aroung the hole flexing...
i think i will make up a jig, i will have a think about i and see what i come up with...
actually i did do a maple one diferently, i used my marble table top and clamped it on its side, one clamp infront of th headstock and one behind so it wouldnt slip....
massive pain in the ass though....
i think i can comeup wih aneat jig, ill do that now
