I need a pair of 3 pole humbuckers!
Hello everyone.
I'm doing some extensive modifications to a 6 string electric bouzouki. When I say 6 string, I mean 3 double strings instead of the usual 4 double strings, this is an important distinction.
As you can imagine, the availability of 3 pole humbuckers is zero (correct me if I'm wrong). I know it's not that hard to wind my own, but I thought there might be someone among you who might want to give me some idea of what you would charge to make me a couple. They need to be able to be coil tapped
At the moment, the bouzouki has a couple of rail type pickups which do the job, but stick out the sides a fair bit.
Thanks.

Made these for a Mandolin back in January. Used magnetic poles, rather than a magnet underneath, but can do both ways. Contact me directly via the website for a quote, and photos of other unusual pickups we've made.
