    Default Radius sanding blocks

    Hi everyone

I am gearing up to start building guitars. I cant believe how expensive some of the tools can be.
So I have started to make what I can. Hopefully I can get what I need to start building without spending a fortune sooner than later.

Here is what I have made recently, its a jig for routing radius sanding blocks.
I saw a video on you tube and thought that looked easy enough so I made one.
    Heres the link:

I ended up making a set of all different radius blocks. I dont know if I will ever use all of them but it cant hurt to have them. I may as well make them whilst I have the jig set up.
I was very pleased with the finish. I used a 3/8 spiral cutter.

Now I have finished with the jig I really have no use for it. If anyone in the Perth area wants to use it they are more than welcome to come and get it. Otherwise it will end up in the bin.

    Cheers
    Legin

    hey there Legin,

Great job, very impressive, you put a lot of work into that. Pity I am not near Perth, I wouldn't mind it. Purely just for a 12 inch radius,

    Paul
