    Default Simon and Patrick

    Hi All,
I have a Simon and Patrick, Mahogany Dreadnought Guitar, whci has some body checks, and lacquer scratches, and cracks.
The Guitar was dropped by a mate from school back in 1992, and i had the body repair done by a guy i knew, and i have also had the truss rod and neck readjusted by Gilet Guitars, at Botany.
I was wondering if these can be repaired easily enough, and how i might go about doing the repairs.
I also would like to put a pick up in the guitar, i have owned it since 1990, and usualy just use a mic infront of it, but would rather use a pic up.
Can any of you luthier's suggest a good quality pic up, which may also give a warm tone to the guitar.
    Thanks,
    Kane.
