Acoustic timbers and solid body timbers? For sizes check out www.luthierssupplies.com.au and www.guitarwoods.com.au.

While we're on the subject of sites, do you happen to have one up? Perhapse with a list of your available timbers? Would be interested to see what you have.

    Default Do you have any.....

    Robert,

Some Aussie woods Ive heard of being used for soundboards,

    Bunya Pine,
    Kauri Pine,
    Houn Pine,

Nice dense grain is preferred for northern hemisphere timbers, I expect the same will apply here. There is a lot of lore around tap tone which you should get a handle on if you are going to supply luthiers. Also there is a place for decorative timbers. I think Black Heart Sassafras would make great headstock veneer. There are also plenty of opportunities for 5-10mm burl slices,

The Old Picker has a very nice page on trusted suppliers, check their offerings out as well.
