    Default yessssssssss, finally finished

    Hi all,

It's been a long haul, long project and a lot more challenging that I thought. Had to wait for cans of nitrocellulose lacquer to arrive, one at a time. had to wait for the humidity to get down from about 90% to a sprayable 75%.

The guitar is finished, however I still have one issue to ponder on. Having built 11 guitars in the past, this is the first one with a floating tremolo bridge system. With the 6 screws holding the bridge in on the top of the guitar, the screws went into resin. It is very hard to stay in tune. I feel that the pressure of the strings is dragging on the bridge pulling on the screws in the resin, which makes the scale length shorter and the tuning flatter.

I am still pondering on a couple of ideas.

Anyway, for what its worth, here is the final,......
