    Default denon avr 2ooo

    hi how is every one is any one out there still using a denon avr2000
    as there home theatre receiver?
    id like to use it but cant seem to hook it up with my set top box.

    It's impossible to say what is going on, since you've elected to NOT tell us a great deal. However, the AVR2000 is ancient history and has no digital inputs and outputs and the highest video standard available is S-Video. It is possible that your STB is set to the wrong video standard (you should set it to composite or S-Video, if available).

    thanks mate. the set top box does have rca out lets just not a l and r. it haS about seven for the indevidual speakers

    No problems. Just use the individual outputs and feed them into the 'EXT IN' sockets on the Denon. You'll still need to select the appropriate video outputs on your STB.
