I'm gonna donate this to the local RSL, hopefully they can raffle it or whatever and get a quid. Still playing with the CNC.

Thanks blokes, I have a new design I made tonight and it worked a treat. I'll put up a pic soon. But I've been trying to make a pen of one colour inside and another outside that will give me contrasting timber colours as the finished result. The outside is only 0.5mm thick and I've blown 4 of them so far because I'm bloody impatient, ie when I notice the skew getting a little blunt I just think I'm almost there I'll keep going. Yeah I'm as dumb as dogshit, I've got the blanks set up for the next attempt but I'm leaving to tomorrow cos I've had my blowouts all late at night when I'm tired.(or otherwise ) I'll put a pic of the new one up when I come in out of the shed. Once again thanks for your comments.

Finally got the batteries for the camera charged so here is the new one Jarrah this time the earlier one was WA Sheoak.
