BENCHTOP ROUTER TABLE Scheppach HF50
Purchased from Hare & Forbes in early 2012 and has had little use - maybe a dozen small pieces through it.
It has all ( I think ) the original extras such as extension tables, hold downs etc., most of which have never been used.
Current NEW price is $352.00
Asking $130.00
The original specifications can be found here W846 | hf-50 Bench Top Router | machineryhouse.com.au
Pick up only from Springfield near Gosford on the beautiful NSW Central Coast.____________________________________________________________

Hi Avery,
Looks good and I am very interested. This will be my first router table for a long time. Some dumb questions - I assume since it has 1/2" and 1/4" collets, that means it can take pretty much any kind of standard router bit, yes?
And it's height adjustable to put the bit up and down?
Is it fairly easy to change out the router bits? I have used an annoying one before which you pretty much had to take the thing apart and mount from underneath the table!
If yes to everything above, then I'm interested in buying and will be on the Central Coast on Sunday 22 December if that suits you, or I could arrange another time after Christmas.
Many thanks,
Simon.

The thing takes 1/2 inch router bits and you can get an adapter to take 1/4inch bits. The height is adjusted by the wheel on the RHS. Changing bits is not too difficult, you raise it up as high as it will go, remove the plastic inserts around the bit, slide your index finger down to push the button that locks the spindle and then turn the collet with a spanner. It is easier than most, but not as easy as the best.
I do suggest that you search the forum for comments on this machine. It has its critics and some problems, but it does the job and it means that you don't have to buy a plunge router and a table toput it in.
As far as I know december 22 will be fine.____________________________________________________________
