Yet another well organised weekend. A massive thanks to Phil for all the hard work in making it a success so far.
Another thanks to the always cheerful and helpful (Dr.) Marko who along with Phil make scraping a pleasure to learn and a pleasure to do.
I actually learnt some things I had forgotten which was a bonus.
What a great bunch of blokes.
Below is some of the rogues gallery, more to come

Missing You All
Some names would be good thing. I recognise Marko because he taught me how to swear and to blue, Phil F because he taught me how to scrape and demonstrated the correct use of a barbeque, Dr Bob because he showed me how to find the star point, Stuart and Ray for their hospitality and generosity and Phil H, because of his big moustache and his photos. And I just found young Josh, talking to Stu.
I hope you blokes have enjoyed yourselves as much as I did when I attended the second scrapefest. If I wasn't in Dubrovnik I'd be in Melbourne.

Josh and myself did the lunch time shift hamburgers, and were only there for a short time, but the scraping looked to be progressing well, Phil had everything running perfectly, a tribute to good planning and preparation.
Phil's mum's fruit cake was delicious!...
Joe and Simon are on the lunch time shift today.. so I'm sure everyone will be well fed.
It was good to see such a hardworking dedicated group, and meet a few.

Well, should just about have two sides parallel and one side square by now

The weekends scraping is done. I'm sure everyone had a great time.
Thanks to Phil for allowing a bunch of mostly strangers into his workshop for an informative and very entertaining weekend.
Thanks also to Ash for starting the ball rolling, Scottyd for the behind the scenes administration and vbleeker (Will) for driving us around.
For the participants in Octobers class make sure you dont miss the Saturday night Chinese. Good food and great company.
Thanks again and have a safe trip home.
(edit) Nearly forgot Marco. A knowledgeable man and a great character. It was worth the trip down just to hear his stories.

Just walked in the door and sat straight down at the PC to express what a great weekend!
Bob I put my hand up to arrange to get you your toy you forgot under our bench. PM and well get that posted off or something.
I'll also point out there was one block complete, all 6 sides just after lunch, and quite a number more by days end.…..Live a Quiet Life & Work with your Hands

Most useless pack of guys, I've ever known. I could have done without that fist fight between the East and West bench's.
I'm that close to calling the weekend a huge success, I'm booking tickets to Norway & Sweden tommorrow.
It goes both ways, I can sence at times some of you guys were confussed, stressed, unsure. To a man, you all stuck with it, and hammered it out.
Marko will feel the same as I. But that last hour and a half this afternoon. That was special just to bring it "home".
I've cancelled the pole dancers for October, we are doing something special with granite. I'm blaming Will.
Regards Phil.

So is anyone going to identify who is who for those of use who were not there so we at least can visualise the person we are cursing at the time?
