I had a fantatstic weekend. Thanks Phil for all the work you put in to make this happen, and Marko for sharing his knowledge. Also thanks to all the other people behind the scenes who helped out. Phil's scrapers are a good bit of kit, I bought the one I was using. I'm glad I posted the question and got the ball rolling. I'm the one with the beanie and yellow overalls.

The food was outstanding!
Seeing as no one has posted any pics of this, being so note worthy I thought I'd post some.
Morning tea day 1
Morning read day two was smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill bagels and cheese and ham croissants - YUM
Lunch day 2
Lunchtime day 2. fed and watered and feeling a bit tired.
(Sorry about the distortion from the wide angle)

And a few more randoms.
First bluing
The first time a bluing really sticks
Nearly there.
So after scraping a side for 3 hours the half teaspoon or so of grains on the table next to the block is all you have to show for all that effort.
This one sums it up for me
