Thanks mate.
There's no oil but there is some grease on the axles!.
I didn't get a chance to take the bike out today, it's been drizzling rain all day (being a little bit precious about it).
I'll see what the weathers like in the morning.
The number plate that's on it at the moment is my version of stock standard.
But I've got a few ideas about the plate.
We'll see what I can get done before the weekend!.
Really looking forward to catching up with you at Dave's.
Try to stay out of trouble until then!.
Cheers Guy's

Happy Day
My son and I took the Indian down to the park this morning for some photo's.
The bike travelled really well in the van, and it was quite easy for the two of us to move it around.
It was great to be able to get the bike out and about instead of just sitting on the table.
And here's one of the rarest things in the world "a photo of my son"!.
Tayne makes a good comparison for scale, but it must be mentioned his a bit over six foot three.
That was a very enjoyable morning!.
Cheers

The photos look fantastic. I'm surprised that it was light when you took them knowing the sort of hours you normally keep.
Good to meet some of your family too. Does Tayne share your passion?Dallas

Looks absolutely fantastic Trev and good to see it finished at last. Glad the weather was kind for you, if you was here you would have thought twice near freezing and started to snow I was out in it putting up a PIR security light replacement. Metal ladder cold hands you try and wire one up. I think I ended up drinking six cups of tea just to help keep warm.
Back in the workshop tomorrow at least it is heated and insulated.

It looks so cool sitting out in the open like that.
BTW, you have a fine looking boy also. I'll wager he has the girls all chasing him around. He who blesses his neighbor in a loud voice, rising early in the morning, it shall be counted as cursing!

Your not to far off the mark about the light, it was just before sunrise.
Lens wide open 1/16 infill flash!.
Tayne what can I say? He has more raw talent in his little finger than I could ever hope to gain.
"YES"
It wont be to long mate before I start on the Brough.
If I'm not building something something's not right!.

Thanks Johnnie
It was great to get the Indian out in the open, hopefully down the track I can get a photo of it beside the real deal!.
Tayne does attract the eye of young women, but the funniest thing is he hardly ever notices it!.
Thanks Peter
That's a great compliment.
You wont be to surprised to know that the brake lever didn't even last a day.
About the fourth person who got near the bike, well you can guess "Crack".
I've put it back together, the paints just drying now.
It should back on the bike tonight waiting for round two.
Cheers

the count down continues ... with days to go or maybe a day before you leave ....
You'll be happy to know Jade has been mowing the lawn and even Tyler (took me just as long as a normal mow to go back over it all and get what was missed lol)

Frigging idiots (assuming you told them it wasn't real.)
I only joked about breaking (swiping part of) the Indian and someone does it for real.
HANDS OFF unless Trevor says so people!Last edited by Big Shed; 12th July 2017 at 11:12 AM.

Just before I finish this off in Jerilderie in a few days.
I'd like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who contributed to making this Thread.
Without the support and encouragement of forum member the Indian build would have been a much longer road than it felt!.
I realised the other day that I can change the number plate on the bike as much as I like.
I could even make a plate for everyone who helped with the build, and added to the thread along the way.
But in reality that's not really practicable.
Although with virtual reality you can do what you wont!.
So as a thanks to those who helped along the way you'll find your plate below!.
Thanks again to all I've really enjoyed every minute of putting this Thread together!
Cheers
Trev.
