    Default Table Saw Blade with Flat Cut for Slots

    Hi,

    I'm after suggestions for a Table Saw blade, 10", to cut slots in timber for sliding 3mm mdf into. I wonder if there's any in Australia for around $50 - $100?

    I bought a 300mm ripping blade from Timbecon last week. The price was right, and they had a special on them, win win . blade was sharp out of the box producing long curly shavings rather than creating nothing but dust. the 300mm blade had a 4.2mm kerf, but the website (which only has limited information about most products) says these blades have 3.2mm kerf, so perhaps 3.2mm is for the smaller blades 10inch and below.

    it had a 30mm bore, timbecon also sell 30mm -> 5/8" saw blade bushes if needed.

    Great advice Kuffy! Exactly what I needed and is nice price on special and from Australia, awesome.

    I think Aussie stores need to look at how their stores and products are listed on Google because I just couldn't find anything by searching google.

    Even when you find a woodworking saw, why not have a category on the side saying 'Saw Blades'?
