Fletty,
Does that mean retirement is on hold and you have to go back to work.
I suppose it's good to be loved by your fellow workmates
Well - I'm off to lawn bowls - first pennant game of the season.
Take care
Regards
Keith

Fletty, Just caught a glimpse of the dissected Merchant Navy class engine in the background.
Just goes to show how much is not seen, and how simple it is.
Safe return.

Thanks Keith,
I'm not a train buff, in spite of my recent splurge in the UK, BUT, I'm very impressed with the collection at Train Works at Thirlmere, south west of Sydney and not far from my place. It is much smaller than York but the quality of exhibits and the facilities are right up there? This YouTube link is a bit long in the tooth now, but gives some idea of the quality,
My deviation into trains has been fun but the transport highlight of my trip was definitely the Shuttleworth Airshow even though the DH88 Comet didn't fly.

Just a quick note for those interested.
Repliconics (Trev) dropped by on Sunday and Monday on his way to Tassie. He is really well and looking forward to his new home - when he finds one. Sends all his regards to Forum members.
All the Best
