Gday Ray.Doing better.Running 104 past few days.2:30 this morning temperature broke.Of course it woke me as i`m teaming profusely in sweat.Long piping hot shower.Chucked the bedding in the machine.Slept on the lounge.First thing this morning hung out the washing, dragged the mattress outside.Thank heavens it was hot enough for it to air out.Back in my own bed tonight quite relieved & at least at this point just a few mild aches which is fine.I don`t expect miracles.Still not totally out of the woods yet.Still got to add back a couple of kilos as i ate virtually nothing since last Thursday night save for a couple of weet bix here/there.Just didnt feel like eating. It was enough trying to grab a tissue out of the box.So a few more days to regain my strength i think. Then its going to be full boar & back into the ruff & tumble of things. Its probably set me back a week more likely two though but i guess $h@t happens. Thanks for your/ and from others concern. cheers gordo

Oh My.
I got the impression that you were just a tag under the weather. Your last description gives a lot grimmer picture.

Gday Ray.Tassies got plenty of beaut furniture but i decided to utilise a shop over Lane Cove i used to visit decades ago.I bought three period mirrored bedroom dressers - different styles/colours/timbers then a further 3 wardrobes.Same deal.3 new bed ensembles come next week from a local factory.Got out of it all for 3K.And that was all items delivered.I tipped there`d be 3 containers needed from the onset.Any one want to come & pick through what else is here, you`re welcome.Big pine dining table (sand & stain & its a ready to use.6 black steel chairs (add your own timber backs & seats).Gearbox hoist. Few bottle jacks.Steel cabinet with slider doors.Solid & wheels fitted, ready to use.Old Rover ride-on (needs resto).Has a very good 11HP motor.Got a smaller Kubota gs 150 side shaft.Electronic ignition.Add fuel & its a goer. 4 Lengths of ribbed ali angle from a tradies rack - great for a bench saw table etc. Two heavy steel wheeled frames (you guys saw one in the shed.Another one holds my bbq.(not included).Heaps of scrap steel.Couple of ali bull bars no idea off what. A 1937 all copper honeycomb Austin radiator for resto or the cave.If it all & more doesnt go by the time i return from 1st trip it gets to meet the skip. gordo

Hi OldGrain,
I can't let the Austin radiator go to the tip. I have a few mates in the Austin Car Club so, if OK with you, I'll pick it up and act as custodian of it until a real restorer comes along. To someone it will be both a treasure and a gift.
